Self-Health On Your Liver

One of the most vital organs in the body is the liver. It performs the largest if not the hardest work in the human system.

One of the most important characteristics of the liver is its ability to regenerate itself even in a worst condition, this ability depicts the essential benefit of a healthy liver in regenerating other vital organs of the body and secreting vital elements necessary for proper body tissues repair. The liver performs over five hundred functions in the human system, any defect of each of these functions results to health problems and abnormality, which can lead to chronic state of health problems that can also lead to

premature death. The millennium is exposed to myriads of harmful toxic chemicals that affect humanity.

Everything edible by humankind including water is affected by one toxic chemical or the other amidst the

harmful chemical fertilizers used in our farm produce.

Most of the farm produce becomes porous to bacterial and lack potent essential nutrients needed by the body for proper growth and good health.

Humankind feeds on these deficient food components and are exposed to myriads of health hazards because of deficiency.

This is why I took the pains to study other natural ways humankind can help themselves to rise above health hazards of the millennium.

Every individual needs a healthy liver; this is why so many aspects of disciplines have to come into play,

Constant eating of cooked food kills the liver, include plenty fresh fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables in your daily diet.

Eat according to your blood group, be wise and disciplined enough to respect your body, avoid anything that can cause harm to your liver, eat at least 85% of your highly beneficial foods.

As long as you can replenish your body with your necessary body requirements, you will be disease free.

A healthy liver is the sure key to a healthy body and longevity.
